Happy New Year!

I’ve had a busy start to the year so my new years post is a bit delayed.

We got back from our New Year’s trip to Dahlonega GA and between getting back into the swing of the school routine, unpacking and focusing on my taxes, I’m just getting around to this post.

This new year’s post is special though b/c I’ve officially been doing this for TEN years and I can’t believe it. 

In January of 2012, I started this little photography business doing at home newborn shoots. Ten years later, home newborns are still my very favorite style of shoot to do.

That style has basically remained the same for me and has proven to be a timeless way to capture your newborns.

To think that some of my very first newborns are now TEN years old kind of blows my mind.

I LOVE getting to do this and hope for many more years photographing your new little bundles or meeting you at the park or downtown to capture your family as you are in whatever phase of life it is.

Thank you all for trusting me for the last 10 years. This year I want to continue to make your shoot feel like an experience from start to finish.

I want it to feel welcoming and warm and at the end present you with a gallery that just melts your heart.
