We had a serene morning in downtown Charleston for this couples maternity session. They just fit together so naturally and were wonderful to work with.

I feel like this maternity session so perfectly describes my maternity style! Just down to earth, wearing what you normally would, being silly and loving with each other like the camera isn’t even there. I had someone once say they chose me for their maternity b/c they didn’t want ‘sexy maternity’ which is a new trend in maternity style. Can it be beautiful? Yes! Is it for everyone, certainly not!! I try to stay away from trends for any of my photo sessions, even maternity! I feel when you look back at your baby bump photos years from now and even share them with your child, you’ll be happy you went with a more timeless & classic style for your maternity photo session. But that’s just my 2 cents. 🙂
