I have been so excited to get a newborn session in my new ‘at-home’ studio set up and this weekend it happened! What a perfect little peanut he was!

My newborn sessions were already natural style poses, but in the new year I want to have a more baby-led approach when doing them meaning I’ll photograph them stretching out those legs if that’s what they do, and if they want their hand balled up by their face rather than perfectly placed, that’s ok!  These are their natural mannerisms and I think they should be photographed just that way! Baby led posing is more gentle on the babies + this approach produces a more original photo as no two babies will move the exact same!
