Can I just be sappy for a moment! I guess I’m just feeling really grateful today, but I’m thinking back to all of the amazing families I’ve worked with thus far since January and man, I just feel so appreciative of all of you! Maybe I’m just lucky, but I have some of the best clients in town I think. Everyone is always so patient with weather craziness/reschedules, editing time, etc. I seriously don’t think I’ve ever had anyone email me and ask, ‘hey where’s my gallery?’, ‘what’s taking so long?’. I think I do pretty good at staying under 2 weeks, but still, I appreciate everyone’s patience and kind words after seeing your gallery so very much! I put so much into editing your photos and making sure you get the very best memories of you with your little ones and when you tell me what it makes you feel, I just melt! I love hearing from you!

After a session, I get home and am just dying to dive in and find a sneak peek for you. Sometimes, I just can’t, the kids and hubby need me, but even if it’s the next day, opening that memory card for me is like Christmas! I still get so excited to edit your photos, to see what we got, and to hopefully give you butterflies with your sneak peek. I have to admit too, I STILL get nervous before sessions! If you think you are nervous, your photographer is too, at least this girl is! I’m confident in what I do, but meeting someone new and not really knowing what to expect from your family makes me a big ball of nerves, but in the very best way! I feel this mostly before a family session b/c they are so unpredictable and every age & family presents a new challenge for me. No family session is ever the same and no one year old acts like another really. It excites me, I do love the challenge and just really love what I get to do. SO, thank you for choosing ME! For trusting ME! Little old me, just a simple girl with a camera. I love doing this and am truly thankful that you trust and invest your money allowing me to do what I love to do! I hope you always feel it was worth it b/c it most certainly is to me!
