Hello there,

It’s not even Thanksgiving yet, but wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas Season and a Happy Thanksgiving! I love this time of year! Thanksgiving is actually my favorite holiday b/c it starts the whole season.  Family gathers, you get to watch the Macy’s parade, and really just reflect on all the things you have to be thankful for. For me, there’s too much to list. One of the big things I’m thankful for though is this little business of mine. I can’t believe this is what I get to do sometimes and it’s just the best! 2013 has been a wonderful year for my business and I’m thankful for each of you who have trusted me with your family photos, newborn photos, or growing child photos. I love doing this and am excited for what the future holds for Tickled Blue!

I’m gearing up for a busy December with lots of babies due to be born and am so excited to photograph this special time for these families. Check the blog often for sneak peeks throughout December and into January! I’ll also be busy taking my little boy to see Santa, Christmas lights,  all the trees in Charleston b/c he loves them so much, attending my nieces 2nd and 3rd bday parties and whatever other fun festive things we can find to do this holiday season.

I don’t share many photos of myself here, but we ventured out on the coldest day yet and managed to get just a few photos of our family of three and I thought I’d share them with you. It’s amazing what a self timer+tripod can do. This was one of the first ones we took out of about 10 and it turned out to be the best one!
